REKHA INTERIORS provides interior design services, including but not limited to:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their project requirements, budget, timeline, and any specific preferences or constraints.
Clients must provide reasonable access to the project site for measurements, consultations, and project execution as required.
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are due according to project milestones as specified in the contract.
Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client requirements. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material availability, weather conditions, or client decision-making delays.
Design changes requested after project commencement may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be approved in writing.
We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee perfection in every aspect due to the subjective nature of design work.
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by REKHA INTERIORS remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for their specific project only.
REKHA INTERIORS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, labor strikes, or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements.
We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality of all project-related information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
